gBlazeWear, LLC will accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products. Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items. Products will be accepted under the following conditions:
New Products/Return for Refund All items must be in original condition and not show wear to the materials. Due to the nature of the to-order construction of our products a return fee will be assessed in accordance with the following guidelines:
Catalog products constructed with standard options = 25% of product price Catalog products requiring non-inventory options = 50% of product price Custom orders/Non-Catalog products = 60% of product price
Defective Products In the event a product is damaged or defective gBlazeWear, LLC will repair the item. It will be at the sole discretion of gBlazeWear, LLC to determine whether the product will be repaired or replaced. All pieces of the product must be returned to receive service. Qualities not covered as defective: Discolored Latex Scraped, Scratched, or Marred Powder Coating Lost Hardware - Any lost hardware may be charged for replacement. Bargain Bin Products All Bargain Bin products are sold “As Is.” These items are premade for various reasons and sold at a discount. We do not accept returns for Bargain Bin products.
We will only accept packages that contain an RMA# that is clearly marked on the package. Any package sent without an RMA# will become the property of gBlazeWear, LLC. An RMA# must be requested within 15 days of initial delivery of your order. The return must be received by gBlazeWear, LLC within 7 days from the date that the RMA# is issued. The customer will assume responsibility for all return shipping costs.


Refunds will be issued for all authorized and accepted returns. Be aware that a return fee may be assessed for returned merchandise. See the fee details listed under the “Returns” section. All items will be inspected before refunds are issued. Shipping charges will not be refunded for returns.
